I have a dongle plugged into my desktop but I get an error message saying no driver found and no Ant+ or Bluetooth available! Help.
Check your computer to make sure you have the drivers installed and that your computer is Bluetooth

Even with that, once I have the app open, I have to pull the dongle out of the USB port and then put right back in. The AnT+ then is available.
Once I am connected, when I am ready to leave, I must disconnect all sensors from Ant+ before closing the app. If I forget and don't do so, the next time I use the app, I'll have issues to work through to reconnect.
Cannot comment on Bluetooth as that's always available to me.
