Wrong distance of activity after exporting in Garmin Connect

Second time in a row Tacx Desktop App exports activity with this issue:

It can be adjusted in Garmin Connect, but export to Strava is not possible. I didnt found how to fix it.

I have tried. I recorded my training with Tacx Desktop App (Windows 10, last version from MS store) and Edge 840 at the same time:

37km according to Edge, and 6km according to Tacx. There is no more tousends…

According to the German Garmin support team, they've fixed it with a server side update. Though, I haven't verified it yet.

looks like a floating point bug, this is a GPS ride or a Catalyst slope-based one?

I had the same issue earlier today. The reported distance was increased 1000 fold. 42000k instead of 42k. Tried to disconnect and reconnect Garmin with Strava but it didn't solve the issue.

Using Tacx Windows App and my Flux 2 smart

Was riding a scheduled workout from a Garmin training plan.

Happened again today. The summary screen after cool down showed 38km and it was exported to Strava with 42000km.

Though I don't thin it's the sync because in Garmin Connect, it is already displayed incorrectly. Hope there is a fix for this.

I've contacted Garmin support. Thay are aware of this issue in the Windows desktop app and requested to use the mobile app or edit the distance afterwards until they have a fix.

Interestingly, the speed graph is correct, but average number and distance is wrong:

Please fix that, Tacx Desktop App is unusable for more than a month.
