  • I rode #1 Tremola Tour - Nufenen Pass, Ulrichen & Mondsee Lakeside. Very beautiful! They are now my favorites. I didn’t notice anything based on the grade and road feel.

Awesome to hear!  today the King of the Lake time trial is published,

  • T2023.46 ASVÖ King of the Lake 2023 - Time Trial (Austria)

Nice ride, was streaming the film so there was pixelation at times as a result of poor internet connectivity.

When the connection was good, the film was crisp and colours great.

    Gradients - Good

    Road feel - N/A

    GPS track - Good

cheers Baron, marked it as ok

  • I rode Kinderdijk1 and 2 . Kinderdijk 1 seemed for me OK.  In Kinderdijk 2 there should be a road feel section beginning at 39 km.

  • After a tough day at work I rode v2 Mondsee Lake Side (Austria) from the list. It put a big fat smile on my face!!

Very high picture quality filmed at a perfect location. Nice profile, short ride with a few small hills. The surroundings are great to look at. I enjoyed it so much I almost forgot to scrutinize the actual ride. There are a few movie cuts here and there but I didn't really notice anything to improve upon. KOMs are nice. Maybe add a little road-feel to the two very small bridges (sorry, didn't write down their locations).

I'll bet this movie is going to be hot once released to the general public. It checks all the boxes: Short distance, cool profile with a few short KOMs, beautiful location and incredible picture quality.
I give this 4.5 out of 5 stars. This one is going straight into my Favs!

    • Thanks for the review Peter, the two bridges are too short to add road feel. They need to be longer then a few seconds to trigger the change.
  • Brunni Alp Grv (Switzerland)
Did this one full power up the KOM. Cool, not so steady but irregular climb. Fun!
This ride reminded me a bit of the 'Grindewald' movie. Spectacular views.
When the gradients go above 20% and speed drops, the road-feel is working against you (I tested it at 100%)
Luckily most of the climb is on paved road, but some sections at the end are on gravel and pretty steep.
I'd recommend to lower the road-feel settings before starting your ride.

I wrote down 516m and 890m. Around these points I felt for a moment that resistance was either too low or too high. Take this with a grain of salt. It could have been my legs. The rest of the ride I didn't notice anything weird.

I felt a bit sad that the ride did not continue but went back down the same road. I was wondering if there is a movie which continues this ride instead of descending the same route back again?

    Nufenen Pass
At the risk of repeating myself I won't say how beautiful this is ;)
I liked he length of this climb. Personally I don't like descending that much but I always want/need to finish the whole ride. Hehe.
Didn't find or write anything down to improve!

It was unplanned, happened to be where were camped up, I have filmed

a 2nd gravel one that starts in the same spot to the local waterfall but figured it too short for publishing, Klausen Pass, Altdorf (Switzerland) is also there. This climb came out nice I thought...I have the other side also on a drive.

You will love the Gotthard Pass thats next,  here is a pic I took from my phone while filming

You were right. I rode Gotthard Pass this morning and I've enjoyed this one very much!
I remember cycling an older version of the Gotthard Pass. Epic views the whole way up and down.

    Some things I wrote down:
    - Around 8,58 this cobble section seems to have road-feel missing entirely.
    - At around 9,34 the road-feel should stop but it continues on paved road and then goes on the concrete block sections and only then the road-feel stops.
    - Somewhere around 12,35 I felt a resistance drop which just didn't feel right. It decreased too quickly when looking at the gradient and the road itself (this is subjective...)
    - Bonus: a bit before 13 km. If you look up there seems to be a pretty lady standing up the rocks enjoying the view. After coming around the corner you see a photo shoot, haha. Good stuff, love these accidental details..

Saving this one in my favs. Can't rate this anything less than 5/5 stars!
