BETA ACCOUNTS DECIMATED

This weekend 12th february 2023 something went amiss with server for TDA and Accounts, few issues, but main one being..

BETA TESTERS accounts have been reset as if they have just joined and become new members, some of us 12th February 2023 and

dates from then upto 15th february 2023.

This has resulted into accounts being switched to PREMIUM INTRODUCTORY so no HD no 1080p films.

But worst disaster of all, in our Beta Accounts ALL ACTIVITIES have gone, years of activities..

presuming as everyone in computer app development knows, you have a backup before updating the server

I haven't ridden in a few days and just checked my past activities using both the direct cloud access from TDA as well as Garmin Connect and they appear to still be there. I am due for a Premium renewal at the end of this month and have a code which has not yet been used.

The only activities in my Beta Cloud are the most recent where I had to login to TDA. The account settings/information says I have been a member since 11th February 2023 and I have 15 days left until the introduction subscription ends.

another question:

are you able to see your beta history activities when you log in on

- garmin connect

- beta.cloud.tacx.com

- strava.com (if you have this connected)

ALL Beta Cloud activities upto 12th Feb 2023 when my account was reset have gone..

If all past activities can brought back at expense of losing the recent past few days that is preferrable

I thought cloud accounts where the users/customers and not accessed by outside parties

All my past Beta History activities can be seen on GC and Strava

Cloud is only showing activities from 12th of February.

All activities are shown on GC. The only activities showing in Beta Cloud are from 12th Feb.

I have had my "TacxConlfiguration.xml file " configured for the regular cloud environment, not the Beta, for a while. When I login to Beta Cloud, there are no activities shown. It also shows that my subscription started last September 2022. However, the subscription I have been using shows my subscription starting in February 2020 and expiring this month.

Same here, though I noticed that I have reverted to 'Free' account as my license expired on Feb 17th.

Also lost my playlist progress - was working my way through the base ride series.

Any news regards our accounts, will we be getting back years of ride history, and what exactly happens when the countdown of days ends, will we be sent codes, credit card details or an auto renew subscription..
