Activity not saved when trying to play next film in the playlist

I finished the first film of the Alpine Challenge (Glandon) today and was prompted to "Save & Continue" which i selected. It then came back with an error that it could not load the next film in the Challenge but it advised that my file was successfully saved - but it wasn't. I cannot find an activity saved for the ride completed today.. The films were downloaded for the 1st and 2nd films in the challenge, but i can't see how that would affect things.

Back to dual recording on my 530 or 955 next time!

Any ideas again on how i can recover the missing file?

Hello Andrew, did you already try to restart the Desktop application? Your activity should still be on your computer and be uploaded the next time you restart the TDA.
Thanks for reporting this, we will look into this directly.

Hi Tom. Yes I have restarted the app a number of times since and the ride has not uploaded. Is there a location on a Windows PC that I can look at to see if the files are there?

Hey andrew i asked, you can take a look at this folder to see if there are any activities pending:

C:\Users\\{userName}\AppData\Local\Packages\Tacx.TacxDesktopapp_zcjydbysk4fhm\LocalCache\activities

Regardless would you be able to share your logs to [email protected]? Then we can take a look to see if we can pinpoint why it didnt save the activity in the first try.

I just tried again to finish Glandon in the Alpine Classic Challenge and progress to the next film. It failed again despite me beforehand doing an uninstall of TDA, reinstall, updating to the latest Beta version, and relink to the folder for downloaded films.

At the end of the Glandon film I pressed "save and continue". The next film would not load and the Glandon activity didn't save again.

There are no activities in the local cache folder to upload either.

I have sent the Logs through and a screenshot of the error message

Everything was going fine for me up until the day before yesterday when I had to sign into TDA (usually loads up without signing in). When I did, the Alpine challenge had reset and none of my recent rides were showing on the dashboard. I only had to ride Alpe D'Huez to complete the challenge :(

There are no activities showing in the local cache folder either.

Some weird things going on. I just did a single film ride today and it went through the normal process of saving the activity but despite it saying it was processing the activity, there was nothing saved again

This not saving is in Beta TDA and TTA.The saving circle worked but no sign of the ride in GC or Strava
