How to restore a deleted activity in Cloud and TDA?

I did a TDA activity yesterday that does not appear in beta.cloud, nor in the Beta TDA today.

I think i caused this by dual recording on my 530 and then deleting the TDA recording in GC to avoid a double up, not realising that this would delete the activity upstream in beta.cloud and the TDA App.

I have since deleted the 530 recording in GC, and uploaded the original TDA FIT file from Strava to GC, but this has not updated Beta Cloud or the TDA App. Worth a go..

Is there a way that i can correct the activity record in Beta Cloud and TDA?

AndrewA_NZ our activity syncs only from Tacx forward to GC, not reverse from GC back to Tacx.

Hi again Tom. To confirm what i posted, i rode today and dual recorded on my Edge 530 & TDA just in case the activity didn't save again. Both recordings worked and i ended up with two activities in Garmin Connect. I deleted the TDA recording in Garmin Connect and it has also been deleted from TDA recent rides and Activities in Beta.cloud.tacx. At face value, it looks like it is syncing backwards when deleting an activity.

Just to confirm, if i delete a TDA activity in Garmin Connect, it does also delete it from Tacx Activities in the Cloud and in the TDA app itself. I just did it again with today's ride to test.

Looks like my activities have reset themselves again. I have just looked on the Beta Cloud and the only ride showing now is the ride I completed earlier today. The ride synced to GC no problem but all the rides I have completed since the reported problems which started around 12th Feb have also vanished from TDA and the Cloud. This is after installing the latest beta update 4.40.0.23411.

Me too, i mentioned this on RLV testers group advising they all look at their beta cloud as i had noticed rides done since the decimation of our accounts have also now disappeared
