Film download not possible (insufficient space)

I cannot downlad any film. Everytime I get immideately the information that ther is not enough space to finish the download.
But there is plenty of space free on the harddisc.
I tried different locations to save the films but always the same error occurs.

I didn't have this problem last season, as I downloaded almost 50 films.

Using the stream is working well. Also playing already downloaded films

Is there any solution?
Do I have to reinstall the app, which I'd like to avoid because of the configuration of the app.

This has not happened to me, but I saw a report on another forum of something similar. According to that report, the download file size was shown as 3.6 EB (unbelievably large) and as a result, the user received a message of "not enough memory on hard disk.“

Had it on previous release(2 weeks ago) also on public,…..I removed all downloaded video, closed and restart the app,……apparently now is”fixed”

This is a bug in the TDA when another language is set than English. We expect to have fixed this next week.

Work around

- change language on TDA to English and download them, then change back the language to preferred setting.

- or use the Streaming option

Changing the language to English solved the problem.
