Can't play downloaded versions of Film

I'm getting the following error when trying to play both 720p & 1080p versions of 2201v4 Calpe 2022, Quickstep 1 - Tarbena

"Can't start training. Reason is unknown".

The streamed version worked ok, but quality was poor.

Running on W11

About a day ago, I started getting the "Can't start training. Reason is unknown." message on all downloaded videos in beta version 4.32.0.12857. TDA public release seems to work fine. Reinstalling…

I installed the new 4.33.0.13425 release today and tried a couple of rides in Demo mode on my desktop and things appear to be working again. I will try it again on my bike PC later today to confirm.

Same story here. Won’t play download films. Streaming works as usual. Installed all current Windows 10 updates. Very irritating.

Mike - Good thoughts on the Windows update... I used TDA on Jul 27th evening using a downloaded ride as a cool down and it worked perfectly fine... I bet there was a windows update that did something.. seems now only streaming works on the latest beta release, which makes me think its a windows thing..

My PC is W10 were the downloads did not work with latest Beta.

My Lap Top is W11 using latest beta 4.32.0.12857 and the downloads do work.

It could be the Windows 10 update on the 28th July.

However this post was started by a W11 user who could only stream the download.

I uninstalled the newest beta and backed to the previous one.. download vids work again.. im on win 10 home

I can confirm the downloads are now working with 4.33.0.13425.
