7448 Neo Gradient Changes

I've had the HRM connection problems in previous versions but with this one my Neo 2T connects and shows all the metrics but the trainer resistance is not changing with the gradient changes.

Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and updated the firmware to 0.38 but the problem persists. Almost as if my weight is not being taken into account but it is still set correctly at the trainer and in TDA.

You might have a hardware problem. Have you tried another program to confirm that your Neo is working correctly?

Hi Michael

good to hear from you again. Yes, tried the mobile app later and thankfully it worked and the Neo grade changes were as normal. So, the problem seems to lie somewhere in the connection to TDA

Go into Settings - Training and make sure the Difficulty slider is not set to 0%. If that does not help, have you run some of the TDA Workouts that have quick resistance changes?

Installed the latest standard release 1.29.0 and it works fine both slope/time and video. Tried the same slope/time and video in beta 7448 (same computer) and no change in resistance gradient, so something with the beta installation. Checked the Difficulty slider but it is at 100% as usual. If no-one else has experienced similar then maybe just something corrupt in my install, not cleared by a simple re-installation. May wait on the beta version and see how that goes.

Since the latest beta version i seem to be in erg mode when in TDA. Problem doesn't exist in Rouvy.

Problem appeared after fresh install of windows 11 and latest beta

This is interesting as my problem persists with the latest beta version as well. The standard TDA release on the same computer with the same trainer does not have the problem and works normally.
