'Failed to load media' - No VIDEO

Every time I have selected a ride both yesterday and today the video is not displayed (black screen) and I get the red cross at the bottom of the screen with the message 'failed to load media'. I have the latest beta and it was working fine on Friday. This message appears if I select both streaming video or downloaded video. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem still persists. Any ideas?

Yes, no videos for me too (Netherlands)! No fun without videos. Does Garmin act on this forum-messages?

Hi everyone,
I'm in the same situation (from Hungary). I prepaid for the service and no video. I tried several interfaces (android, apple, windows) but nothing.
I have reported it to support.

I hope they fix the problem as soon as possible, because it seems to be not unique.

From the Netherlands: most downloaded films do not load but one I tried yesterday did load. It seems to be a bit of a gamble?

I am also having trouble playing videos I downloaded a long time ago. Those videos won't start either.

5126536 it is exactly the same for me . Is this the case for evryone who has the problem ? I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app without success . A friend of mine who has a year subscribtion has no problem ( withe the same 4.33.2.0 TDA version )
