Ive found number never quite matched up with amount live rides.. so stopped looking at that number not noticed frozen at fixed figure.
know not related but also with Beta find "Live" logo on a thumbnail mostly doesn't correspond to user in there doing ride.. maybe 4 out 5 go in find user either quit or finished and live logo just stays on thumbnail for good while after
This whole parts never worked properly by the sound of it, just check out the online map here where the numbers for the App come from https://worldmap.tacxtraining.com/?showopponents=true as I type its still 539 which its been all week. But even when the numbers where at least changing more regularly they never made any sense..there is a pattern to when most of the customers come online.
