LAST VIEWED FILM started topic again

Starting topic again as Derck repled this was not a feature in TDA..

When perusing and scrolling/viewng film list it used to remember the last film you looked at and when you backed out of viewing it for info then that film went to top and you could continue to view films below NOT all previous films you had scrolled past previously.. now it has reverted bact to the useless old way where it puts film list back so you have to scroll through all of the films you had already scrolled past..

It was a feature and each time it broke with update it was brought up again in forum (which no access to anymore) and also on FB once or twice

This is a feature request since this was never implemented on the TDA. For now this does not have the highest priority to fix."

I can attest that this was definitely a feature that was working in TDA before, its obviously a bit silly to be taken all the way back to the top of the menu when scrolling through the many 100s of rides in the ride menu, every time you want to look at the details of the ride, then scrolling all the way back again to find where you had got to....its madness & would make the App incredibly irritating to use.

It may not be a priority fix (what's the priority?), but it's for sure a bug that needs a fix at some point before the winter starts if you want usable Apps.

This is correct.It was fixed last year so we did not have to go back through the films already previously scrolled down.If i scroll down my courses(100+) in Garmin Edge 1030 to find a course then go back,i do not find myself at the list start as i do now with TDA.Look at scrolling Albums in Spotify and Movies in Netflix.

Used be one of first things i tested after update as we had frequent updates between live releases and invariably it had stopped working so tested often as such important thing not to make user scroll through full list over and over and over again looking for film to ride..

Profile in thumbnail is so small and the user wishes to read film description to see if any opponents also before deciding.. so imaging having scrolled dowm to film 157 decide not do that and now want look at next film.. Oh! no not happening.. all the way back to top of list so have to scroll all way down through 157 films you had scrolled past before to now look at film 158
