I suppose this could be a continuation of the other thread.
With a premium subscription, I was able to play the videos (it should not be required to have the subscription to play the demo videos...)
Anyway - On trying to start my ride, I got a popup message that read "Attention Training will be started without Live Opponents capabilities". When I clicked OK on that (the only choice) I got a second popup that read "An Unexpected Error Occurred" (OK). Clicking on OK brought me back to the parent screen, but trying to start again would just bring up the same two messages.
So I gave up on this and started Zwift instead. Zwift immediately popped up a message that said "Can't connect to download servers, start without?", which led me to realize that I had no network connection.
It would be most helpful for the TDA if it could also give useful error messages that direct the user towards resolution of the issue, as opposed to just declaring that something went wrong with no details or guidance.
After fixing the network issue (restart the WiFi router) TDA ran OK, except that on the route I was following I was getting frame stuttering, jumps and the spinning icon even at speeds of 28 km/h and below.
