1.21.1.0 windows10 - now crashes if bluetooth switched on when clicking devices to connect - does not crash with bluetooth switched off but corrupt devices page and cannot search for ant+

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem

Any one else experiencing the same ?? as now the app is completely useless

I did not have any of these problems with only BT connected.

Strange !! Support have said they have had numerous reports of this issue - like I said to be fair I rarely connect to any cycling apps using BT as I have always found ANT+ to be more stable especially on Zwift with next to no drop-outs.

Will let you all know what support comes back with

One thing I noticed is a May 11 Windows 10 update (KB5003173) had security updates for Bluetooth drivers. I have no idea whether this could have had any effect.

I only started seeing these crashes a few days ago.I have just had another immediate crash when moving from movies to device manager with Ant+ antenna in usb extension lead.Then no crashes on restart and i cannot reproduce the crash on any restarts of TDA.

I see the latest update is Windows version 1.21.2.0 dated May 26, 2021. I have not quite figured out the update system. Sometimes it auto-updates and sometimes I have to go to the Microsoft Store. And often when I go to the Microsoft Store, it first indicates I have the latest version, but then it starts auto-downloading and updating. That's what it did this time.

I have not tested this one yet.

1.21.2.0 auto-installed on the PC I use for riding. I did a very brief test with both ANT+ and BT transmitters simultaneously on. There was no crash when I went to the Device Manager page. I assume that this new update is a rollback to the version prior to 1.21.1.0.
