1.21.1.0 windows10 - now crashes if bluetooth switched on when clicking devices to connect - does not crash  with bluetooth switched off but corrupt devices page and cannot search for ant+ 

I've repaired the app same problem

I've reset the app same problem

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem 

Any one else experiencing the same ?? as now the app is completely useless

    I have had a number of crashes the last few days when clicking devices to connect.A restart of the App and  it crashes again.Then on the 3rd or 4th attempt it finally stays on the device screen and i am able to connect devices and complete my ride.

    This morning i could not get my Garmin dual HR monitor to show on devices.I turned off/on W10 BT,then on search HR monitor was showing to connect with BT.I then with both Neo and HR connected moved to the movies page then back to devices and TDA crashed.On restart i had the same crash.Then on 3rd opening of TDA both devices have auto connected and i am able to switch between devices and films with no crashes.

    It worked okay for me yesterday, which was the first time I installed and used it.  Don't quite understand "now crashes if bluetooth switched on when clicking devices to connect".  Does this mean BT is turned on after TDA is started?

    i think (but not tested) that they mean app crashes if want use ANT+ with BT still switched on.. BT connecting fine for me and so far zero crashes

    Downloaded on 2pcs to test and same happens - if ant+ antenna in usb when you click devices to connect anything the devices screen appears for a split second and crashes the app closed

    I only use BT for both devices in TDA but have Ant+Receiver on USB extension lead for use with TTS4 and another cycling App.I will unplug this Tacx Ant+ T2018 USB and see if I can reproduce the crash.

    Update-Unplugged Ant+ receiver and no crashes when moving to device manager.Re-plug the Ant+ stick and restart TDA and no crashes with Ant+ devices showing and devices have auto connected with BT.

    Restart PC with Ant+ receiver connected and TDA immediately crashes when moving from movies to device manager.The 2nd restart of TDA with Ant+ did not crash but a 3rd restart of TDA did crash.However i have now restarted PC a few times and have been unable to reproduce this crash with Ant+USB connected.

    Update-I am still getting intermittent crashes with Ant+antenna in USB  but using BT to connect devices when i move from movies to device manager.

    I just did a quick test with both BT and ANT+ antennas connected and this version crashed back to the desktop as soon as I went to the Device page.  So, it looks like a significant bug that needs correcting.  In the meantime, Garmin Tacx should pull this update from public distribution.  I'm pretty confident this is a relatively easy fix.

    I've had no problems connecting blue tooth devices.

    The bug is only to be seen when you have a Ant+ antenna connected to a USB at the start up of your CPU.I did not have any crashes yesterday on 2 TDA rides with Ant+antenna in USB and connecting both my devices with BT.

    Ive sent everything required including logs to garmin support today - Interestingly even with bluetooth on and no ant+ plugged in theres still issues on the devices page - 3 things can happen none of which crashes the app like when ant+ is plugged in - 1. nothing can be found and the search button does not work 2. it shows the turbo and HR monitor but no connect button and flickering graphics with bits semi displayed and corrupt 3. it all works fine after numerous attempts by closing and reopening the app

    Lets hope they fix this soon as was quite enjoing a change to my usual Zwifting LOL .

    I did not have any of these problems with only BT connected.
