Profile image not saving

I have tried to add profile image without any luck. I can navigate to an image, upload it and position the circle to crop the image. I then save it and all looks good. The newly created profile image then doesn't appear anywhere (I just get the Tacx blue circle). If I return to my profile I see that my uploaded image has gone. Any ideas why it isn't saving?

Same for "location", everytime we type in the tacx cloud it get deleted on successfull access

Oké for now we can't upoad profile settings like an profile image?

How or when we can upload and save an profile image?

We will remove the option to update your profile in the TDA app. We are working on uploading this via your Garmin Connect account first. Two way sync is something we look into afterwards

Really poor of Garmin/Tacx here. No information to let us know what is happening. Just wasted several hours jumping through hoops trying to get this to save. Garmins response, 'We know there's a problem but we didn't want to highlight it, so we just don't mention it, carry on'. In the meantime Zwift etc take the limelight for ease of use.

Any update on the saving of profile pictures and location? Surely this is linked to Garmin Connect which already has this info?

I have also seen some people with profile pictures when on routes that I have been on

Hi Stanners, apologies for the slow response. Right now the team is working on some more pressing matters but I believe they have scheduled time for this problem around the end of July.
