(Catalyst) Cannot connect to Neo2T (SOLVED)

GIVEN

I open the catalystt app 4.13.3

WHEN

When I try connect my neo2t trainer in the app

THEN

The trainer is shown but does not connect

Actual

Trainer is found but wont connect

Expected

Trainer should connect

Notes:

First time I opened the app it did not see the trainer

When I reboot the macbook it opened the app, found trainer an crashed the app

When I rebooted the app after crash I did not see trainer anymore

Menno van Beelen andre77ab There was a bug in the previous release that caused the app to crash when connecting a trainer. This has been resolved in the release I mentioned above.

Could you try the latest release, version 4.13.3 (8657)? It should resolve the crash and hopefully the connection issue as well.

No connection issues with Neo2T fw 0.036 with latest Catalyst 4.13.3 (8657) and MacBook Pro 2012 running Catalina 10.15.7

Derck Hoogeboom does the app connect to any other Bluetooth device, like HR or cadence sensor?

Derck Hoogeboom has confirmed it's working properly now. :)
