Yes, sometimes it crash on opening, usually switching OFF/ON the device will work in my case
Switching iPhone OFF/ON doesn’t work. Tacx Mobile app won’t load. It closed in the middle of a ride/movie. It tries to reload … displaying ( recover/save/delete) but then it closes.
Uninstall app and reinstall from App Store.
This worked!
