Replacement strap

Hello!

I've had my Vivosport for 2-1/2 year, and I really enjoy it. It's just about perfect for the things I do. However, the wristband has started to tear. I've looked online for replacement bands, and they seems to be available for just about every Garmin wearable - except the Vivosport. Is there a replacement band available? Is the Vivofit band compatible?

Hi there! The vivosport is not designed unfortunately to have the band replaced. The whole device would need to be exchanged.

Hello AmberD!

Thank you for the reply. I couldn't help notice that you used the word "exchanged." Is there an exchange program for these devices? Or are you saying that I just have to buy a new one?

We have a 1 year warranty, if it is outside of this warranty, we can exchange for a refurbished vivosport for a fee, depending on where you live is what the amount would be. Are you in the US or CAD by chance?

I am from Austria, but i think its the same for your country.

My band was ripped and my band is nearly 3 years old, but i wrote to garmin.

I got an RMA Number, sent my device to garmin, and now after 10 Days i hav gotten an free new vivosport back.
