I tried to figure out where the barometer holes were but only see one open hole. A couple of days ago only measured 2 floors when in reality I followed the same routine. Yesterday no floors... same routine.

Is it free of debris and dirt? Did you try rinsing it? Does the altimeter react on a pressure change? Did you try calibrating the altimeter?
Which Garmin model exactly? The only ones called "Sport" are for sporting dogs.
I am so sorry! Vivosport

Go to the document The Floors Climbed Feature Is Not Accurate on My Watch, and in the paragraph "My Floors Climbed credit is not accurate. What can I do?" click the link "I am not getting enough credit" and then "Find the barometer port on your watch" - select Vivosport, and there is a picture showing the barometer port. There are also other tips advising how to improve the elevation reading, in the document.
I have done that and run water over it and it has just stopped tracking floors. Yesterday it stopped tracking steps and was doing really weird stuff -- sort of scrolling and not allowing me to stop and check blue-tooth connectivity in settings for example. I just couldn't get it to stop. I plugged it in and it stopped doing that. It had done this once before but I thought maybe I had done something wrong, Now I am wondering if maybe the battery or something is going bad. It is pretty new and I have never had trouble like this before.
Hello! Have you contacted Garmin support yet? If not, I would like to help get this resolved!
I haven't heard back so I figured maybe I have to return it? I can't seem to get the stairs to register. What else should I do?
Thank you so much,
