Possible to turn off floors climbed or a fix for over counting floors?

I've got the latest firmware on my vivosport. It has started saying that I've climbed stairs when I haven't. For example, today I haven't gone up any stairs but I did go for a 9 mile run. My vivosport says I've climbed 92 floors! The constant notifications of hitting my goal are annoying. Is there a way to fix this or turn off the floor climbing tracking?
  • Not sure if you can switch off floors, but you CAN change the 'goal' number of floors. So you could set it to 100 or something to avoid notifications.
Click the watch icon in the web version of Garmin connect
    Vivosport device settings
    User settings
edit Daily floors climbed (default 10)
    Save settings

and that should be the end of that (until you do 100 or 200 floors) :)
