I've the same problem with my P8 Lite. To help, see my process: 1- to be sure i've reset (hard) my phone and the vivosport!!! 2- i've installed Garmin Connect from GooglePlay 3- i set ma account in GarminConnect Apps 4- i select add equipment 5- i choose the vivo and select vivosport 6- on the vivosport i disable and enable bluetooth (to be sure) 7- on the phone i select "start" 8- on the vivosport i select "connect .." 9- on the vivisport i see the connexion code (6 digits) 10-on the phone i try to write this code but i've enough time, the vivosport show the message "retry?" 11- i retry ; a new code is showed, but no enough time to write on smartphone
It's impossible to connect, since the last update. Someone of Garmin can help us. I remember the price of the vivosport : 200€. It isn't a good ads for Garmin before Xmas, i'll write this on the googleplay.:mad:
I have the same problem with my 735xt and Huawei p9 lite. It has worked for a year and a half , and now since the last week of Octomer it stopped to work with Bluetooth.
No way to solve. Almost impossible. Someone on Customer Support told me that Huawei is no more compatible.
I hope it was a joke. This is not acceptable!! This require a quick and reliable fix.
