My Vivosmart 4 records steps ok but the conversion to miles seems to be different every time? Why would that be if the step length is set the same the whole time.
For example: 11,372 steps = 3.9 miles
but another day: 12,254 steps = 7.7 miles! and another day: 12,079 steps = 6.7 miles and another day: 14,547 steps = 7.8 miles and 10,536 steps = 6.2 miles but 11,579 steps = 4.1 miles!
Any ideas if I can fix this, please?
