Vivosmart 4 resetting during walk activity and losing all data.

For the last 6+ months or so my Vivosmart 4 has been resetting (triangle on screen) during walk activities and losing all of the data that has been collected, sometimes for just what was collected during the activity but sometimes it resets back to the last sync. I have deleted the Garmin app off my phone multiple times and reset my bluetooth but it still continues to happen. This is really frustrating seeing that I tend to lose 6000+ steps and my 3 mile walk activity.

SW is 5.40

Me too, 5,000 - 8,000 steps into a walk I'll just get a buzz followed by "Move bar cleared" then starting again from zero ?

I have similar issue. Reboots after sync with connect app. Forgets steps.

Was having the same issue and suspected the notifications being the culprit, somehow causing a memory overflow or something like that, during recording an activity. So I cancelled all notifications being sent to the watch. Now it functions rather well. Just an occasional freeze.
