Started and Stopped my walk.

I started and stopped my watch on my brand new watch. It did not record the walk. This is my replacement watch same watch. Why does this happen. It happened about 5 times with my old watch. I know how this works. My old watch I had for 3 years 7 months. I wore the watch daily. I am tempted to return the watch. It bugs me when My activity does not recorded know. I did it correctly.

I think this is a software glitch. Where would I report this? I think if I delete a workout just before I start a new =one this happens.
