Garmin calls it Move IQ - vívosmart 4 - Garmin Move IQ
Is the Create Manual Activity supposed to be done each time you're about to do some activity, or is it setting up something that the vivo smart 4 will be able to recognize in the future? It's all new to me as the Fitbit was able to recognize the onset of activity and saved it as an activity session without any manual intervention on my part.
Is that something that needs to be enabled or configured in the app? What submenu is it accessible on within the Connect app?
Found it in device, activity tracking, move iq, and it was already enabled by default.
I guess it's just not as sensitive in the recognition of activity as I was accustomed to with the Fitbit. I did see another post recommending it just be recorded as a manual step rather than expecting it to be automatically done.
