Damaged strap

My strap has broken on my vivosmart 4 however as I am unable to locate the serial number I am unable to contact garmin in the usual way, anyone got any idea how I can rectify this?

Yeah, the serial number tag on the bottom of the watch usually falls off from all the sweat.
Use Garmin Express on your PC. If it's already set up as you should have done when you got the watch, then you can see your information.

A broken strap is not replaceable and the VS4 is old, so you're probably not even going to get it replaced.
