vivosmart 4 no longer tracking distance and pace in walking activity

My vivosmart 4 track my walking activity, however it does not track the distance or pace. I reset the watch and still does not work. I am using an Iphone 8 ios 14. My gps is on. Why does vivosmart 4 no longer track distance?

Hello! Can we double check these settings?

Open the Garmin Connect app
Select More (lower right)
Select Settings
Select Phone Permissions
Select Manage Permissions
Select Location in the iOS settings
Select Always to enable Garmin Connect to access your phone’s location
Toggle Precise Location to on.
Navigate back to App Permissions and make sure your Location status is set to On

NOTE: In addition, Cellular Data permission must be granted to use Connected GPS. By default this permission is enabled however if you turn the setting off, Connected GPS will not work. You can check this phone setting under Settings>Cellular then scroll down to the Connect app under CELLULAR DATA.
