Two years ago, one forum member asked about the impact of taking a beta blocker on body battery readings. My wife takes a beta blocker, and her body battery reads very low and very poor recovery. We will do a bike ride, and it flat-lines at zero and stays at zero overnight. I believe HRV is a major factor in the body battery reading, and I suspect the drug is impacting this.
My own experience with the algorithm shows much wider swings and pretty decent correlation to my subjective feelings.
Has someone done more work to identify whether a heart control medication impacts the relevance of the body battery reading?
