Vivo smart pin code to pair device

Hi have a new vivo smart with no screen and I can’t find a pin code anywhere to connect the device to my home phone. I’ve read all the tutorials but I can’t seem to make it work. Thanks

Which vivosmart? There are a few different models.

There is a display, although quite tiny.

Make sure you pair using the Garmin Connect App, not your iPhone's Bluetooth settings.

You recently bought this as a new device? Try charging it overnight to see if that helps - Charging the device

It’s my husbands he’s had it for a few years but never used it. It vibrates occasionally when you double tap the screen but no display unfortunately
