Unwanted notifications every few minutes.

I have a vivosmart 3 (can't find the forum for it so posting it here). As of a few days ago it has started notifying me frequently that my phone has no mobile data connection. I really don't need these notifications and I don't know who ever thought it might be a good idea. I have phone notifications set to "Show Calls Only" so I shouldn't be getting it. How do I fix this? It is very annoying.

If the app that is generating the notifications can be located in the list in Settings -> Notifications -> App Notifications in Garmin Connect Mobile, you can disable it there. You should also check a guide for system notification settings for your specific version of iOS or Android. On Android 9, for example, you can fix this by pulling down the notification shade, swiping right on the unwanted notification to expose the notification settings link for the specific app generating the notification, then disabling that particular notification type.

It's a phone OS setting or a Garmin Connect Mobile issue rather than a Vivosmart 3 issue, so you should post your question on the appropriate GCM forum or check a phone configuration guide for you specific phone model and OS.
