I have a new vivosmart 4. It's cycling/rebooting between the white triangle and main screen every 10 seconds. If I plug in the USB charger cable to the PC, it stops cycling and works fine. The moment I disconnect it, it goes into that white triangle mode again. I've tried resetting it, still the same. Any idea? It's completely new, I've just started to set it up. Running on the latest 4.6 software.
