This is now beyond annoying to me. Both mine and my wife's Vivosmart 4 are experiencing the following.
- The device and the app intermittently stop talking to each other. As far as I can tell there is no pattern to this behavior.
- The body battery function also intermittently stops working. It would tell me I have a 5% battery for days.
- The stress measuring would also peg me out at +80 for the entire day, for a few days at a time.
I tried the usual steps to resolve the issues; uninstall/reinstall the app, turn off/on Bluetooth, restart the phones, connecting the devices to the computer, and reset the devices. The issue above keeps happening. Getting close to ditching the devices.
I hope the folks at Garmin is monitoring this forum and work to fix these bugs.
