Saluti...avrebbe senso sull'applicazione inserire i kg di massa magra anziche' i kg di peso totale cosi da avere dati piu' attendibili sul bmr?

I translate ... would it make sense to insert the kg of lean mass instead of the total weight on the application?
this to make the estimate of the bmr and consequently the tdee, known that the calories at rest are overestimated
