Unlike the Garmin App's cutting my sleep short, the Cardiogram App is coming up with some wild numbers for my sleep, like 14hrs when I actually got under 7hrs.
The Cardigram App seems to have greatly different criteria for determining sleep compared to Garmin App.
Maybe 'Sleep' should be re-labeled 'Rest' if it includes lying on couch reading a book or watching a video?
or maybe it needs some configurable user setting?
