My watch does this several times a week. I'll be up and moving around the house, doing chores; dishes, sweeping , laundry, etc. My house is all stairs, so I'm going up and down the stairs. I finish up the chores and sit down. Almost immediately, my watch will buzz and give me the "reminder" to get up and stretch. I've been on my feet for the last hour!? Is it even logging those steps? Yes, it's low intensity movement, but it seems like it should know that I've been up and moving all that time.
