VS4 APAC Firmware updates

I Purchased the device in India which is in APAC Region, and i see the lastest firmware available is only 2.8, but garmin has released 4.0 version. i dont see that firmware update either in Garmin express or Garmin Connect.

and also the SPO2 has stopped showing in Garmin connect from past a week. even if im wearing the device during sleep.

Please help

I am having the same issue with SPO2 and sleep data no longer being recorded at night. This started about a week ago (last week January 2020)
