New Vivosmart 4 frozen

Just got this Vivosmart 4, charged it fully, took it for a run (where it was working correctly), and then went for a walk at which point it started flashing a triangle (Garmin logo?) and became unresponsive. Well, the support pages say to hold the power button and reset the device, however this device doesn't have a power button ... so.. do I take it back to the store and return it?

Kind of worrying that a brand new device is already acting buggy...
  • I think I read you need to plug it into a power source to charge, which should make it restart.

    I have had the same problem since last week. Tried several different methods without success. Is it a case to ask for replacement through the warranty? I have purchased the device some months ago. Have you managed to solve it Former Member? Could you please share your solution?

    I had a similar problem with my first swims with a Vivosmart 4.  Had an online chat with customer support, which had me download reset software, which seems to have fixed the problem.  Contact customer support.
