Hi

i have found an issue with vivosmart 4. So I got the vivosmart 4 three days ago. And today I saw my stress level is always high even after I took a nap. I check my heart beat which is usually correlated with my stress level when I use the the vivosmart 3 , in this case around 72. and what I see it vivosmart 4 shows an over 50 level.

So, right a way, I swap with my vivosmart3 and I get the under 25 level. As in the photo, and then I swap back to vivosmart 4 And I see the over 50 stress level again, and I swap back to vivosmart 3 and see the under 25 level. my heart heart stay around 72.

I like the body battery of vivosmart 4, but now , I lost confident with the vivosmart 4. could this be due to a smaller watch size? Have anyone compare between vivosmart 3 and Vivoactive 3 to see if they have close stress level?

Mine seems to be ok , I was wearing my fenix 5s all the time before, but wanted something smaller to wear 24/7 so got the vivosmart 4 for everyday wear and the average stress score seems to be similar on both for me.

    That’s great!
  • I would give it a couple days. Your resting heart rate is a key factor in the measurement and it could take a while to set that.
