gesture turned off but screen waking up when shaking wrist! (3.12 - vivomove sport)

I recently bought the Vivomove Sport and turned off gestures completely.
But still, when shaking my wrist, the screen wakes up.

I instantly got SW 3.12 installed, so I dont know if this problem was there in older versions...

Has this problem now returned?

Hi there. I agree, very annoying, even wakes me up at night. Still there in 3.14; threads show it’s been a problem for years on other models too.

I’m not hopeful it’ll ever be fixed.
