How do I connect blue tooth headphones to my Garmin Vivomove Lux?

I cannot connect my Garmin Vivomove Lux to bluetooth headphones and I cannot upload music to my watch.

The vivomove Luxe does not have music storage capability. So you would not be able to connect your headphones to the watch. However, you can use your watch to control music on your phone.
