Garmin Vivomove Style contantly freezes after try to pay

Hi. I don't have good results with garmin support. But I am continuing trying...(I am a idiot)

Beyond the problem to wakeup without need to touch display, like some vibrations as run motorcycle, bycecle, etc that garmin do nothing, this watch have contstants freezes after try to pay anything. After freezes, it do nothing! Do not accept touch, don´t move hands, nothing, like dead! The watch only return to work after put it in charge cable and I need to align hands again. 

This is a fantastic hardware develop, but the software... kkkkkk 

Is it possible to active an "watchdog" to restart the "system" when it freezes?

Software informations: SW 4.00; TSC 2.70; SNS 7.00; NET 2.00

  • I have one finding. I tried to use NFC tools on the cellphone to emulate real payment. During readout it freezes like during payment, BUT...If the watch is on charging cable, it works properly...So my result is that there is serious power issue and the battery is not strong enough to power NFC communication

  • I am sorry to hear that you are still having problems. How unfortunate to have a replacement with the same problem. I can’t answer why this seems to be such a widespread problem affecting only some watches but the replacement I received works fine. If I were you now, and it’s still under guarantee whoever this is with, I’d call it a day and ask for my money back. At least then you won’t be out of pocket rather than be disappointed with a watch you are not happy with. Maybe you could contact Garmin again and tell them about your findings and see what they say?   • As I mentioned, I contacted local Garmin support (Czech republic). I was really disappointed, as they recommends exchange through the seller again and again...Where I can get the guarrantee, that claimed article is not from the same faulty series?? Moreover law in Czech republic allows seller to return money instead of providing functional watch...I don't want to get money back. I like this watch and want to have functional one. I bought faulty Garmin, I get faulty exchanged one and I want Garmin to take care on that...Not the seller!
