Unexpectedly high stress level

Hi, I believe that something happened with my watch, for 2 days it is detecting huge stress level, which is not true. I am having the same daily rutine, not more stressed than usually. In the mornings it is 10X higher than before, which is weird for me. It is affecting also the body battery and all my daily results. Is there something I can do about it? Thank you.

  • Did your watch receive the update to firmware 3.90? It was deployed this week and mine got it three days ago.

As I explained in my post yesterday, right after the update the Body Battery measurement got stuck at basically zero for two days in a row.

Resetting the watch fixed everything, it is possible it may do the same in your case. If you do that, be aware that you will lose all of the changes in watch settings you may have made (order of the widgets, the face you selected, alarms, etc.) and you will have to remove the watch from and add it again to Garmin Connect, as you did when you purchased it.

You will not lose your personal data and stats, as those are stored in your Garmin Connect account.

  • Hello, i don't own this watch but my wife does. How can I reset it? On my fenix i just press the button for a long time.

  • 1. With the display of the watch on, touch and hold until it shows "Activities"

    2. Swipe right and you will see "Settings"

    3. Tap on "Settings", you will see "Do Not Disturb"

    4. Swipe right two times and you will see "Reset". Tap on that and follow the instructions

Again, keep in mind that the watch will revert to its default settings and all the alarms will be deleted. You will also have to remove it from Garmin Connect and add it back.

  • Thanks a lot, it worked.

  • I can also see a bit higher stress levels, maybe more than I would expect. I wouldn’t like to reset the watch and lose all my settings.

I hope you fix this soon, guys, with a quick update. Thanks in advance. Pray tone1
