No music volume control?

I bought vivomove Style black last week for my first smart watch.

When I listening music from my Android phone, the watch shows the song title, progress bar, buttons for previous/next and play/stop. so far so good.

But however searching into the menu, I can't find any control for music volume. This is so disappointing for me.

Is there any change that I miss something?

I actually can't believe they forgot a control as basic as volume up/down.

Thank you.

  • Hello! There is not a setting for the volume control. This request has been brought up before and we have passed this along again. There is no guarantee that this change will be made, but we do hear you and always appreciate user feedback on how we can improve our products.

    Thank you so much!

I have used this watch for a week now and I love it overall, volume control will make it just perfect for me. I can understand this may not be priority but I'm happy to know the developers hear user feedback.

    cheers.

  • I bypass this issue with headphones with volume controls.

    thanks for a comment.

Yeah, you can always turn your music volume directly on your headphones, or on your phone. So this is not fatal in most of the situations.

The problem is, I want to use it with my ski helmet which has ear covers. The headphone are all under the covers and I have to take the helmet off to reach to buttons and do every control there. Isolated controller with extra cord is not an option because the cord would be dangerous while skiing with some speed.

It would be so nice to have full music control on my wrist.
