The screen in my Vivomove dimmed and significantly reduced in size, making it almost unreadable.
I reseted my Garmin to default settings but it did not help. Is there anything I could do to repair my watch?

reduced in size
Really? Could you post a photo?
I am not familiar with your model, but it looks normal to me. What exactly is smaller?
... regardless, if you are sure this is not the normal default watchface, and did the full master reset to factory default, and it did not help, then I recommend contacting the Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com
The display was the same size as in the attached photo. Now it is much smaller and difficult to read

It happened to mine too. What he meant is that the display is fading starting from the outer edges. Eventually, it will disappear altogether.
Sadly, it is a known issue with the Vivomove HR. Lots of reports of this occurrence in this forum. In my case, it happened after about 2 and half year that it had been working perfectly. Then, in a matter of few weeks, the display started to dim at the edges and then it ended being barely visible only in a completely dark room.
I contacted support and they offered either a refurbished Vivomove HR or a discount on another model. I opted for the discount and got the Vivomove Style I still have, which has characteristics and features I was interested in (aluminum case, dual color display, Connected GPS, etc.)
