Pain and loss of strength in my arm

Since I have been wearing a Garmin my right arm has become painful and I have lost the strength in it. I have now moved my Garmin onto my left arm but I have started to get pains in that arm too, now worried about continuing to use it at all

Normally, if it were a skin irritation issue, this can be resolved by replacing the band. In this case, I would suggest contacting Garmin directly - https://support.garmin.com

I’m having same issue with Venu SQ. I have been wearing almost 24/7 and past 1 month I’m having wrist to arm pain and at times intolerable. I hardly could hold mobile phone or cup. My sister had same issue with her Fitbits so tried my luck to find out why and found this forum. Please advise.
