My Full Screen is white

I can't do anything to my watch because my Full screen is White I don't know what happened ive had it for 3 years now... Even If i do anything It still doesn't work.. By the way It's a Vivomove Hr.. The things that just work for this watch is the watch time... I hope that some Garmin Agent see this.
