I was bought a Garmin Vivoactive 4 for Christmas 2020, i used it continuously but started getting pains in my arm even up to my neck, i put this down to maybe sleeping awkwardly but the pain remained, i made an appointment with my doctor and after a scan nothing was evident. The last thing i suspected was my new watch but after some time i decided to change arms just to eliminate any thoughts of the problem being related to the Garmin 4. Strangely i started getting pains in my right arm, i was using the watch for mainly monitoring my steps and gym workout but as the pain was getting worse i have stopped using the device now altogether. I am disappointed about this and ask if there is anyway i could get a refund?
