My Vivomove HR will not charge

I have cleaned both the charging prongs and my watch as directed with a mild detergent and a cotton tip. It shows the battery ICON but does not charge. I am using a USB - AC adapter and am in Australia. The watch no longer will record data or keep time, as I assume the battery is completely flat.

    Hello! Have you tried charging with a computer? Does the same thing happen?

  • Yes Ihave still nothing, I was in touch yesterday with a very helpful lady on the Garmin Support Australian team, and she emailed me a link to do a factory reset. However that did not work either. We believe that the battery is dead and can no longer be charged.  I will be buying a replacement product from them.
