Vivomove HR pair with screen not lighting up

Hello,

my vivomove hr's screen is no longer lighting up, which is quite common an issue after sort of 2 years as I read, but the watch is stil working and collecting data. Though cause I can't see anything on the screen, I can't pair it to my new device. Is there any way we can get through this?

  • When it happened to mine, I could still see the display VERY faintly in a completely dark room, after my eyes ad adjusted to the darkness. You can try that. If that does not work, I am afraid there is no way to see the code required to pair it to a new phone.
